Queen Ethelburga’s Collegiate Foundation comprises four schools and a kindergarten, each with its unique qualities, but all sharing a common purpose of providing students with a first class education and the opportunity to work towards higher education and a successful career.
The Thorpe Underwood Estate selected S&C Slatter to work in close partnership on the development of the College’s sports pitch facilities. In this extensive new build project, nearly 38000m2 of artificial turf has been installed in providing five new sports pitches and a work out area.
A high quality 60mm 3G artificial turf provides a total of four Rugby and Football pitches for Senior and Junior players, while an 18mm Water-based artificial turf features on the new hockey pitch which meets the FIH Global standard.
