As a committed CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) Member for several years, this achievement is a testament to the continued high standards of work delivered by our teams and the fantastic efforts of our new health and safety manager.
CHAS Elite is the Common Assessment Standard, the construction industry’s leading accreditation programme. The Common Assessment Standard is recognised industry-wide and developed and backed by Build UK, Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) and other accreditation bodies.
CHAS Elite status builds on the health and safety aspects of standard CHAS accreditation, assessing a company across a variety of additional areas such as quality management, environmental and corporate social responsibility.
It is awarded to contractors who are recognised as having the UK Market-Leading Compliance.
