On completion, your dedicated Contracts Manager will conduct a handover and site-walkthrough, where you will receive a bespoke O&M (operation and maintenance) Manual for your reference and guidance on specialist aftercare.

Now that your stunning new facility is operational with appropriate aftercare in place, you’re ready to hit the ground running with your strategic objectives fulfilled.
Our team are of course on hand should you need us in the years that follow, and ready to advise on refurbishment and upgrade options when your facility comes to the end of its useful life.
